Located in the heart of Cow Hollow, this top floor bedroom is located on Union Street. As you may know, this is an awesome part of San Francisco - close to many restaurants, shops, and gyms, as well as the Presidio, Crissy Field, the Palace of Fine Arts, and the Golden Gate Bridge. Apartment is quite ridiculously nice with amazing location and views (Alcatraz, GG Bridge, Marina) and is huge! Our three bedroom apartment has a full kitchen w/a dishwasher, one bathroom (shower has awesome water pressure!), and a washer/dryer in the actual unit (no basement or laundromat trips for us!). Street parking is fairly easy to find and requires a K permit while Chariot, the tech buses and Muni lines 41, 45 & 22 are merely steps from the apartment door. Rent: $1700 + Utilities (cable/internet/heat/bi-monthly cleaning)typically run an extra $100-$120 each month. She's lived in the apartment for 3 years and is the owner of the awesome dog in our photos. SEEKING: -1 housemate in late 20s to early 30s to rent 1 of the bedrooms -You should generally be a decent human being. -Responsible, friendly, and clean. -Someone who is willing to live with a puppy, she is an awesome dog but puppies can be puppies sometimes. -No live-in boyfriends/girlfriends, boozers, party animals-- please. We like to have fun and are supportive of your relationship but we only have 1 bathroom and we don't want to peel you off the stoop.
