Prefer working professional as we are the other two working professionals residing on the third floor, so the house is quiet most of the time. So please no excessive noise, drugs, and stuff that may cause concerns to our housemates and neighbors. The area is safe and monitored by several cameras from the driving entrance and to the condo (we have HOA to take care of gardening, outside cleaning and repairs and it’s always clean and looks amazing). Very comfortable commuting to tech areas such as sunnyvale, mountain view...etc via CA 87 to US 101 and vice versa. I know, because I worked in Sunnyvale.
