This is a wonderful 1 bedroom apartment located close to downtown San Mateo. This quiet unit overlooks the courtyard away from the street and is especially ideal for those working at home. High speed internet is available. The three last tenants stayed for 3 to 4 years, and noted how the owner was always very responsive. The kitchen features a double Kitchenaid oven, microwave oven, glass cooktop and refrigerator. There is laundry available located a short walk to the parking lot and swimming pool areas. One covered parking spot is included and there is guest parking. You are welcome to hang photos, and would be permitted to have a flat screen TV on the wall with no impact on your damage deposit. Your references from previous apartments indicating you were respectful for neighbors by keeping noise down at later hours, and kept the place relatively clean and tidy. No smoking of any kind is permitted.
