Zip code 94404, shares State 92 as the southern border. This section changes to the west side of Seal Slough and follows it all the way to Tidelands Park, the northern border. The eastern border starts at Tidelands Park, down Mariners Island Boulevard to Lakeside Drive, where it turns south again at Vintage Park Drive.
The Marina Lagoon residents also play at Mariner’s Island Park. Children love the playground and there is usually someone batting balls at the field. The picnic areas are great for family outings. The kids also have a climbing wall, which is always a favorite activity.
The homes in this area are mostly large condo and townhouse developments, many with private docks. The views of the water and the opportunity to travel the Delta to San Francisco are an appealing draw to Marina Lagoon for many.
