We're looking for someone reliable who can rent it long-term. Nestled up a hill in a safe, gated community in San Rafael, this townhome is a peaceful retreat with sweeping mountain views, high vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, and a cozy brick fireplace that made us fall in love with it from day one. This gated community is in a great location close enough to the city life of downtown San Francisco but far enough away to enjoy more space, quiet, and greenery. Getting into the city is easy, and crossing the Golden Gate Bridge never gets old! If you ever need a change of pace, you're also just 20 minutes from Famous Sausilito, 30 minutes from downtown Sonoma, and 45 minutes from Napa Valley's world-famous vineyards. A 60-day written notice is required before ending the lease after the agreed-upon term. What utilities are included? The rent covers water, trash removal, and sewer. However, tenants must pay for electricity, gas, and internet. Is renters insurance required?
