Currently there are three young MALE people living there, two professionals from Apple and Tesla, one local local white people from Doordash Since some people are working from home now, in order to give everyone a quiet working environment, I already put acoustic panels on the wall to reduce the sound coming from your neighbors, so enjoy it! Requirements are: 1. You must have stable job 2. You must have good credit score 3. Student is also welcome 4. You need to share utilities with all other tenants, 5. Central Air Conditions, Washer, Dryer are all available 6. You must be quiet whenever staying or working from home, no loud and consistent call/talking, also no overnight stay at all. 7. Minimum monthly income is 3x rent
