There are also 2 portable AC units to use when needed, Our guest house is perfectly located in North Santa Monica, close to Brentwood, UCLA, the 405 and 10 freeways, Venice, Malibu. We are surrounded by a vast array of grocery stores. Only 3 blocks from Erewhon, an All Organic Market, 1 block to Bristol Farms, a gourmet market and 6 blocks to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Ralphs making it very easy for you to shop when needed. It’s a fantastic, quiet, friendly, safe, walkable neighborhood. Rental rate includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water, trash) basic TV with Apple TV and WIFI (internet) also included.
