We are surrounded by a vast array of grocery stores. Only 3 blocks from Erewhon, an All Organic Market, 1 block to Bristol Farms, a gourmet market and 6 blocks to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Ralphs making it very easy for you to shop when needed. It’s a fantastic, quiet, friendly, safe, walkable neighborhood. Rental rate includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water, trash) basic TV with Apple TV and WIFI (internet) also included.
