There are a few steps to get to front and back door. 2 bedroom & 1 small bath. Refrigerator and stove included. Stackable washer and dryer is behind the house in tiny private back garden. The surrounding yard is communal and shared with other 3 units. Any lawn items, ie furniture, or plantings must be pre-approved. City permit street parking only. Each and every pet must be pre-approved in advance in writing. No loud nor aggressive dogs. There is a key-entry gate to property, with NO buzzer, to get in. Any visitor must call or text you personally. [For liability reasons, it is not a high-security property.] It has a new heater.
