The home sits just off 118 Los Angeles Ave and is convienent to Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura or even Moorpark. This home is nicely situated and nicely built. It is newer and so it has newer heating and AC and windows and insulation and all the things you don’t see in pictures that make the home comfortable. This home is fully furnished and is rented in 90 day lease terms. The ideal tenant is a traveling or temporary professional working in the area BUT all prospects and scenarios will be considered so let’s talk! The home is very modern and comfortable. The home has it’s own patio and private back yard that includes a BBQ and a natural gas fire pit. The home has two assigned parking spots. The home IS on the property of an active farm and so there is dust and machines and farm activity in the area. There is no traditional internet to this home so it is through a satelite service that is very reliable but not perfect. Most cell phone services work but the internet is more reliable.
