Property Id: 1642796 We live in a pleasant, safe, and quiet neighborhood in Spring Valley. You'll have two roommates, both females (late 20s & early 30s). We prefer someone who has had roommates before and is clean, considerate, communicative, and respectful. The master bedroom with a private bathroom attached is available at $1,470 the 1st week of November 2024. Bills are split evenly between 3 tenants. Parking spot available in front of the house. The room can be lightly furnished by request. We'll have friends over every now and then but are respectful/ considerate to not cause excessive noise in the evenings before work (Sunday-Thursday). We're approachable and communicative about our school and work schedules. We'll be considerate of your schedule too.
