The living room has a flatscreen, Smart TV which allows you to access all of your streaming subscriptions or tune into live TV programs via Direct TV. The bedroom is large, has ample closet space, and a dedicated desk/workspace with accompanying comfortable desk chair. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING Parking for your car/vehicle is in the alley in front of the gate/guesthouse and there is usually ample street parking nearby, if needed. - There is no washer or dryer in the guesthouse. However, there are numerous laundromats in the area, as well as on-demand/pick up and deliver laundry services. - The guesthouse is well ventilated with many windows.
