Bright & Airy Layout: An open floor plan and abundant windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Outdoor Space: A lush backyard oasis with large outdoor seating, and a gas/charcoal grill for al fresco dining. Amenities: Washer/dryer, high-speed internet, and beach essentials (chairs and one cruiser bike available upon request). My Favorite part- A large outdoor dining table with a Morrocan style woodburning ( safely with a cover over the chimney), lush vegetation, orange tree and wondrous jasmine in the Spring. Unbeatable Location- My other favorite part is it's on a quiet dead-end street with the Penmar Gold Course behind it and a huge Park to the North. Commonwealth is one block off Santa Monica so It's easy to access the 10 freeway. Rent includes all utilities, garbage, water and House keeping 2xs a week. Nearby Attractions: Abbot Kinney Blvd, Venice Boardwalk, Venice Canals, Main Street Santa Monica, Santa Monica Pier, and 3rd Street Promenade. Convenience: Whole Foods, Penmar Golf Course and Park, coffee shops, galleries, and boutique shopping are all within walking distance. Accessibility: Easy public transportation options, including a direct bus from LAX to your street. Parking: There is one dedicated spot for a small vehicle that could park behind my car, although there is plenty of street parking. Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests. It is located on a quiet, family-oriented street. House Rules: No smoking indoors, no Pets, let's talk about it, and no loud parties. This space is ideal for quiet, sensible adults and families.
