If you are new to the area and need some time to find the perfect home for you, our home is a perfectly clean, quiet and safe area. The bedroom has it’s own bath across the hallway. It’s a ranch home so there are no stairs. Renting this room also provides access to: fully stocked kitchen, 2 living rooms (1 with a fireplace) and washer & dryer inside the home. Utilities included are wifi and trash. Utilities not included are 1/2 of electricity/gas and water/sewage, which is approximately $150 per month. Must be drug free and No smoking of ANY kind. Must have a clean record and good credit report. Must clean up after yourself and be respectful by keeping the common areas clean. No animals allowed. No parties or sleep overs allowed.
