We are looking for a single person who works or is going to school Full Time. This is a spacious 3,000 sq ft and quiet home in Arvada, CO. Located 4 miles north of Olde Town Arvada, 14 miles from Downtown Denver, 5 miles from FlatIron’s Mall, 14 miles from Boulder, 1.7 miles from 5-Parks. Our home is central to Denver, the mountains, lakes, library, grocery stores and gas stations. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, clean and family oriented. The room has it’s own bath across the hallway. It’s a ranch home so there are no stairs. Renting this room also provides: full kitchen access, 2 living rooms (1 with a fireplace) and washer & dryer inside the home. Utilities included are wifi and trash. Utilities not included are 1/2 of electricity/gas and water/sewage, which is approximately $150 per month. Must be drug free and No smoking of ANY kind. Must have a clean record and good credit report. Must clean up after yourself and be respectful by keeping the common areas clean. No animals allowed. No parties or sleep overs allowed.
