The Meadows at Dunkirk is a new Affordable Housing Tax Credit Community in Aurora, CO. In order to quality for residency, income restrictions must be met. Guidelines are based on 60% AMI and are detailed below. 2 times month rent is gross income minimum requirement. - Gross Income Maximums are: 1 person - $54,780 2 people - $62,640 3 people - $70,440 4 people - $78,240 5 people - $84,540 6 people -$90,780 Applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis once units are available. - No waitlist ~ In person applications ONLY Approval is contingent on rental history and credit and criminal screening in addition to income qualifications. Approval process takes roughly 2 months for all verifications. City of Aurora or Adams County Section 8 are accepted.
