Cozy comfort for one in garden level, walk out private apartment in the lower level of my single family home. It is a separate unit with it's own private entrance. It has a full kitchen with seating area for table, chairs or whatever furniture is comfortable, bathroom with stand up shower, closet space and shelving and ample sized bedroom. There is plenty of light, 4 windows and a patio door providing south facing light. There is additional storage space available just outside the unit. The laundry room with washer and dryer is shared but just outside of the apartment unit so it is very convenient. There is a little porch outside of the apartment. One of the best features is that my home is on a 1/2 acre in the scenic Bellvue foothills, a very sought after location just NW of Ft. Collins especially if you like the outdoors. The town of LaPorte is 5 minutes away with a grocery store and amenities. It is an easy 15 minutes to Old Town, Ft. Collins, 17 minutes to Colorado State University, 10 minutes to the Poudre River, 5 minutes to Lory State Park and Horsetooth Reservoir. The house is located on a popular bike route . I have my own 2 well behaved and friendly dogs on the premises. I am flexible with the lease, anywhere from 3 months to a year or longer. It is a peaceful and lovely area with a great view for the right person. Must see to appreciate.
