DescriptionWe added this and two other larger units to an older house in 1986 and have managed them all ever since. This unit feels very private as there is no one above and only the common laundry below which is used by only one other unit. We did a big remodel of this unit 17 years ago, upgrading most of the kitchen cabinets. In both the living room and bedroom, carpet has been replaced with laminate flooring. Unfortunately, as the two rooms were done several years apart, the two styles of laminate could not be more different. The kitchen includes an 18 cu. ft. refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher and sink disposal. Management pays for water, sewer and trash pick-up. Gas and electric are separately metered for this unit and are tenant's responsibility. Manager is in a 24 month contract with Xfinity that ends in January of '26. Hence, tenant may want a different internet service. We are DEI compliant. RHL #0006278.

Parking in this neighborhood is really pretty lousy. There is 1 off street space for this unit. Relatively cheap heating as we built the whole building with an amount of insulation that exceeded code requirements at the time. We have a simple one page application form. There is no fee. NO smoking and NO PETS.
