The space has gorgeous hardwood floors, views of the Flatirons, lots of lovely sunlight, a large pit couch, extendable TV screen, desk area in stairwell landing, clawfoot bathtub, and plenty of storage. The bedroom has a king-size bed, tall and private windows, two large side tables with drawers, a deep closet, and an oak armoire. All of the furniture throughout the apartment is high quality and less than 3yrs old, and the kitchen is fully equipped with nice cookware and dishware. The house has a sweet shared front porch, backyard with grill and hammock, house-wide humidifier that works with the heating (it gets dry in Colorado!), and shared onsite laundry in the basement. There's also a huge vegetable garden in the front yard if you'd like to participate during the growing season (not necessary, of course) and a gorgeous Siberian forest cat that lives with the downstairs tenants. The location of this apartment is the *best* in Boulder. You can walk to the mountains and the popular Sanitas Trail just a few blocks to the west, walk to downtown Boulder and the Pearl Street Mall just a few blocks to the south, and walk to North Boulder Park and groceries/more restaurants a few blocks to the north! The neighborhood is all delightful historic homes with old large trees, and a sweet community vibe. The apartment is near bus lines and bike paths for easy green commuting. There is extra storage space in the basement for an additional fee if the ample storage in the apartment is not enough. The apartment is 910 square feet, not including the basement laundry room, backyard, porch, and extra storage. The downstairs neighbor is female, quiet, conscientious, and friendly.
