Includes AC/heat, new appliances including dishwasher and laundry center. Private fenced yard with turf and mulch for easy maintenance. Sunny concrete patio w/ space for grill and a table. Off street parking, with room for a small trailer. Please note there is no garage. There is room in the yard for a shed. Rent is $2250/month, which includes water/sewer and internet. Tenant responsible for trash and electric. Electric is metered and billed separately to the tenant. $2250 security deposit. Well behaved pets w/ references considered with additional $300 deposit. 12 month lease. Rental application will consider credit score, background check, rental references, and income verification.
