The Location: Two blocks from a great elementary school, one block from a coffee shop and winebar / beer-tavern (Good Neighbors), and 5 blocks from Patty Jewett country club (great spot!). Easy access to I-25, downtown, and Platte Ave puts the whole city within a 15-minute drive or less, including Peterson & Carson. Multiple parks are within walking distance, to include the Shooks Run bike-path connected to downtown. This is a social neighborhood with community events, dinner parties, concerts, and always someone wanting to say hello.
The House: Fully renovated, 1920's charm and lots of natural light, wine cellar, and finished basement. There are three dedicated bedrooms and up to five bedrooms possible (TV room and basement game room). A one-car attached garage and driveway are great but for smaller cars (oversized SUVs won't fit), and five street-side spots.
