Overlooking the Rocky Mountains and bordering the U.S. Air Force Academy, this residential neighborhood spans a massive 9,600 acres. It is expanding in popularity as one of the most visible communities in the area. The community extends roughly to Briargate Boulevard and Woodmen Road on the south, Research Parkway on the north, Austin Bluffs Parkway to the east, and the Skyline Trail and Shape Hills Drive on the west.
