I'm looking for a roommate to share this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, gender doesn't matter as long as you're responsible. A bit about me, I'm a 27 year old professional working up in Louisville. I love being outdoors, painting, exploring the city and traveling. I keep the shared spaces clean, am pretty quiet and drama free. A bit more about the apartment: about 1 block from Cheesman and close to the Botanical Gardens/ City Park which makes it great for runners and pretty easy to access shops by foot/ bike. The room can fit a queen sized bed with room for other furniture and you'd have a separate full bath. The apartment will be partially furnished also with 2 couches, book shelves and some kitchen supplies but there is plenty of room and storage. The leasing terms are very flexible and can be adjusted based on your needs. Also, if garage parking is needed it can be rented for $100 per month. The apartment complex has some great amenities; indoor heated pool, roof top balcony, 2 rooms at the penthouse level that can be reserved for parties (one has a kitchenette), secured door and video cameras, secured bike rack and close to public transportation lines
