The hip furniture and great natural light create a welcoming atmosphere. We are dog-friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $80 per dog per month. Please add your dog to the reservation so the first month's pet rent can be collected. Subsequent months' pet rent and/or the second pet's pet rent, if applicable, will be collected via our Resident Center. You can't beat the location! City Park is just one block away, and Cheesman Park is six blocks away. Enjoy coffee at St Mark's Coffeehouse or Weathervane Cafe, both right down the street.
