A 90-day parking pass is available for parking in the 2-hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions. Garage parking is available for $150 per month and dedicated off-street uncovered parking for $100 per month. Paid parking spots are first come, first serve. Shared, free laundry is in the basement. Located less than a block from City Park and just 5 minutes from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens, this apartment offers prime access to Denver's attractions. It's 8 blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market, 8 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District, and 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi. Red Rocks is a 30-minute drive, and ski resorts are 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose, all within 5 minutes, and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO, 15 minutes away. The host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building's steam boiler system, while guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. Our team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. A lease agreement is required upon booking to confirm your stay. We are dog-friendly, with a pet rent of $90 per dog per month, but have a strict no cats policy. The apartment is equipped with fast internet, offering 300mbps download and 10mbps upload speeds, with a shared router that may or may not be in-unit. A smart TV is available for streaming your own services, and a propane grill is provided.
