Never had an issue! -Small storage unit in garage. -Walking distance to City Park and all the great bars/restaurants on 17th (I also scooter/walk home from Rino/downtown all the time). Master Bedroom -King bed -Attached master bathroom with shower & tub -Juliette balcony -Walk-in closet -Desk and chair -Smart TV Guest Bedroom -Queen bed -Bathroom with shower directly across from room -Large closet with plenty of storage The building itself is very quiet - I never hear neighbors; so I'm looking for someone that will also respect the quietness of the building and keep the apartment clean. No parties.
