There is no off street parking but the street offers ample street parking due to the presence of large Victorian homes in the area.

Utilities not included. Electric and Gas are separately metered. Heat is separate and is billed at 40% of the total amount and is on levelized billing. Phone/cable/internet would be arranged with local provider. Water, sewer, and trash are billed back at $20/month for water, $15/month for sewer, and $9/month for trash (amount is based on trash cart size) in addition to rent.
We prefer an annual lease and the advertised rate is for that term. We do offer terms shorter than one year (i.e. month to month) at a rental rate of $250 per month in addition to the advertised rate. The unit is provided unfurnished.
Now the fine print. My wife and I own this property. I am a licensed real estate agent with Reliant Real Estate, Inc. We require an application and if you choose to apply there is a fee that covers only our cost ($35 per adult) for your background check. Deposit is $1,499 which is refunable subject to property condition at end of lease.
