Secure parking spaces, 1 reserved, heated garaged included, and 2nd gated secure reserved space , both available for entire condo , for a fee if renting single bedroom. Bike. E-Scooter taxi or quick Uber to Pepsi Center and Broncos. Beautifully furnished with a modern, eclectic, but with touches of classic rustic charm. Dogs considered on individual bases under very strict criteria. Thoughtfully equipped, it has three separate desk work spaces , with the business, grad student or travel health professional in mind. The bed rooms and bathroom have sliding barn doors. While this is a true loft space, the bathroom water closet is completely closed in with full floor to ceiling walls. There is an approximately 3 foot space between the bedroom walls and ceiling. This is a top floor loft. There is a common roof top deck with bbq and comfortable seating and lounging. Elevator is a quick ride in a short building. No waiting excessively to ride down 30 floors. Note, For Gym Access, There are numerous other gyms, cross fit, YMCA close by. Parking: If you rent the entire condo, 1parking spaces included, 2nd available. Renting as a lock off- 1 parking sp included, see fees below. One is heated, garaged car space, with a remote and elevator access. A second, on-premise, gated, out-door, but sheltered parking space and remote is also available each for small additional fee of $2.50/day. Please inquiry at the time of your booking to arrange parking. *Inside the unit there is a House manual with many Denver and Colorado tourist and activities guides. You are smack in the middle of Downtown Denver--quick access to many museums, shopping, dining, breweries, jazz and dance haunts, sports bars galore, try the Blake Street Tavern- excellent! Getting around is easy. Very walkable. And a Plethora of e-bike and e- scooter options, just load one of the many apps and you will find one within a block of your building. Lift and Uber are at your service. Quick and easy access to major highways I-25 and I-70, walk to 16th street mall shuttle, Union Train Station---basically it's in the middle of Everything! Here in the winter, ride the ski train to Winter Park for an awesome day trip of skiing. Unforgettable.
