The upper unit consists of both the 2nd floor (bedroom & bathroom) and a finished attic (bedroom and 3/4 bathroom). // A High efficiency HVAC system to help lower energy bills. Bicycles can be parked on one side of the house and a small front patio is available for leisure. // My wife and I live in the bottom unit and care for the house. If something needs replacing I always strive to put in new high quality appliances. I also do landscaping, removal of trash bins on trash day and shovel snow.
