Walking distance to Garfield Lake Park, Federal Blvd, Denver's best Mexican and Vietnamese food, and grocery stores. Nice bicycle trails surround the neighborhood. Quick drive to Belmar Shopping Center or Ruby Hill Park for movies, shopping, and free live music! Only 10 min drive to Mile High Stadium, Colfax Avenue, or Sloans lake. 15 min drive to downtown Denver and DTC. Close to the mountains! High speed WiFi is included for free. Renter pays a portion of water, gas & electric utilities. The owner lives in the top level of the home so it's very quiet. No pets accepted due to allergies, so sorry. First, last, and security deposit requested for move in. A 6 month lease is preferred, but flexible terms are also available. Please inquire.
