The kitchen and den are big and functional, perfect for everyday living. Work from home with two desk set-ups, one in the den and the other in the front bedroom. Enjoy the grassy front yard and a fenced-in backyard. Shared laundry is available in the basement. We are dog-friendly with a pet rent of $80 per dog per month. Please add your dog to the reservation so the first month's pet rent can be collected. Subsequent months' pet rent and/or the second pet's pet rent, if applicable, will be collected via our Resident Center. The property is an easy 30 to 40-minute Uber ride from Denver International Airport. You're a 10 to 15-minute Uber ride to anywhere in the city. The building was built in 1907, so despite being in great shape, there may be old building quirks and maintenance needs. Our team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. We require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay. We have a strict no cats policy.
