This furnished lower-level flat (525 sq. ft.) is a great place to kick up your feet, relax & know that you're close to downtown, arts & culture, parks, & great restaurants. We know that you’ll love the lower-level flat because of the coziness, and because this is a new apartment with modern amenities & brand new furnishings in the heart of Capitol Hill. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle bed. We can also arrange for a desk/work space to be brought in and set-up in the second bedroom or living area if you are working remotely, and we have done this for past tenants. Our Capitol Hill neighborhood is quiet, we know our neighbors on the block and they're all great, we have a grocery store right across the street, 2 coffee shops on the corner, the new Whole Foods Ideal Market one block away, Cheesman Park 4 blocks away, plus a number of bars and restaurants 1-3 blocks away. My husband is a contractor, so if anything does happen to need fixing, it's an easy text or call to us and a quick fix. This lower level flat is under our main home in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Denver to live and was even recently name one of the Top 10 neighborhoods in the US to live due to its central location to downtown, historic homes, and easy to walk to neighborhood restaurants and bars. A background check, paid for by the tenant(s) will be required ($25). This lower-level flat features keyless entry. To view the flat in person or virtually, please include your availability in your message and the number of tenants who would be living in the flat (max of 3 adults). 72+ hours notice for showings is best in order to coordinate with current tenant. $1,895/mo.
