This unit has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living rooms connected in one large space. There is plank flooring in the common areas and the bedroom has carpeting. The kitchen has a large island with elevated countertop. There is a dishwasher, microwave, and glass topped range. A door in the dining area opens onto the balcony which provides great seating and views of the Denver skyline. There is a full size stacked washer and dryer and the home is cooled by Central AC. There are two assigned parking spaces in the gated lot, one covered space, and one non-covered space. Living close to downtown Denver provides quick and easy access to numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and entertainment venues. The Highland Arch Bridge provides walking and biking access to all the shops on Platte St as well as Commons and Confluence Parks.
