We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $250 pet deposit ($150 non-refundable) for the first pet, and $150 for the second. Pet rent is $30 per month. There is a weight limit of 80 pounds per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information.

We will allow 1 pet at Peregrine Place per unit. Dogs must weigh under 80 lbs. We follow the City of Denver's non Breed restrictions apply for dogs. Please see office for full list.
