The Elisabetta - Income Restricted Apartments

The cheerful Elisabetta apartments reflect Globeville’s historically diverse and resilient community. The very heart of Globeville thrives here in The Elisabetta’s welcoming, encouraging and open environment. This new 91-unit community will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments of much-needed affordable housing for residents earning 30, 50 and 60 percent of Area Median Income. Twenty-five percent of the apartments will be set-aside for residents living with a disability. All the apartments will be adaptable and accessible for tenants and visitors with varying disabilities.
