The upstairs loft offers one other bathroom with sleeping arrangements including one Double bed and two Twin beds. Cozy up to the free-standing wood burning fireplace located in the spacious living room, enjoy morning breakfast in the eat-in kitchen and step outside onto your private patio to enjoy the crisp mountain air and surrounding scenery. Applicants must meet our rental criteria and make at least 2.5 times the rent in income. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS.
