Our home, although in the midst of a quiet neighborhood, is deceptively in the heart of Fort Collins. Less than a mile to the CSU campus, the university is easily accessible by foot or bike. Conveniently located, Foxhall Court is ten minutes to Old Town Fort Collins, walkable to City Park, and less than 2 miles to Whole Foods and grocery stores. The house is a few blocks to Spring Creek trail, on the other side of Red Fox Meadow, which is only two blocks through our development – a designated green space with ponds, wooded areas, dirt paths, and a direct view of the foothills. Area schools include two elementary school within walking distance, Bauder and Bennett, Blevis Middle School on Taft Hill Rd., and Rocky Mountain High School on Shields. The house is furnished with the basic staples. The main level has a comfortable living room area with fireplace dividing it from the dining room. Roku TVs are available in the living room and lower level (with BlueRay DVD). No cable but internet is provided through Connexions. The primary bedroom, with queen bed, is on the same level with full bath and soaking, jacuzzi tub with walk-in closet. The fully stocked kitchen has an eating area in the back, with sliding glass doors to the cute, charming backyard patio area. Comes equipment with brand new dishwasher and most cooking amenities that you will need. Half bathroom is there for your convenience as you exit toward the garage with an ample place to store outside gear and shelving for shoes. (please consider no shoes in the house to protect the carpets.) The lower level is equipped with TV room, exercise space or second office, laundry room with iron and ironing board. There is an additional storage area (with vacuum and light bulbs for the house.) A sliding barn door separates the guest bedroom suite with hot beverage area, mini-fridge, and 3/4 bath. This bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a queen size air mattress if you need additional sleeping space for someone. The exercise room has French doors that can be closed to make a private sleeping space as well. There is an attached 2 car garage with additional storage above, on shelving, and in cabinet space. The house has an attic fan and air conditioning. Please do not run both at the same time! If you want to try to cool off the house with the attic fan, please open windows and use after the temperature drops. Garbage and Recycling service through Ram Waste is included in the rent. Utilities are not included. You will have 7 days to switch those into your name. I will also switch the Connexions internet service into your name or you can set up your own internet provider.
