The Apartment: Large 2BR/2Bath 1st floor apartment on Horsetooth between College and Shields. The apartment is completely remodeled with nice floors and countertops and all new sleek energy efficient appliances including washer and dryer in unit. Tons of storage and nice bathrooms. There is a large bedroom and a small bedroom. I am posting both and would happily live in either myself. Small room is 625. Large room is 790. The Roommate: I am a young 34 year old male professional, recently moved to FoCo from Denver for work. I wake up fairly early and go to bed fairly early, but still have fun occasionally. I'm looking for a mature roommate (no college students, sorry). I like to have a beer after work sometimes, but not into 420. I'm into trail running and hiking, philosophy and politics. Fairly neat but not overly clean. I travel for work one week or so a month, so you'd have the place to yourself then. I'm not very loud and would be looking for a similar roommate.
