Willingness to maintain a clean shared space is a must. My home is my sanctuary and I keep up with keeping tidy. 1800 sqft 4bd, 3bth home with 3 bed and 2 bath upstairs. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms available for 1975/month, utilities run typically 300/month and are split by all in the house. Join me (I’m in the basement) in a clean, sunny, comfortable and furnished home. Huge backyard and patio with a gazebo. Attached 2 car garage. Close to US hwy 36, 20 min from Boulder and Denver. Master BR is unfurnished and approximately 14.5' x 10.5' with a decent sized closet, attached private bathroom with a shower. Second bedroom is also unfurnished and is approximately 10’ x 11’ with a similarly sized closet, and a large sunny window (with a blackout shade). The non-attached bathroom is also the house guest bathroom, and has a tub/shower. The 3rd (guest) bedroom serves as an office but also has a bed available for the occasional overnight guest. I’ll be using the office some days for work but when I go into work others are welcome to use the space. Second fridge/freezer in the garage, and a new swamp cooler so no worries about keeping cool this summer. Whole house humidifier to help in the winter. Laundry located in the basement, extra storage available in two, locked backyard sheds. Huge backyard (.2 acre lot) with a gazebo, grill and patio. Landscaping to come this summer. Looking for clean, friendly tenant(s) (2 max) who are a good fit for the house. Creating a happy, clean, and harmonious living space is important to me. LGTBQ+ friendly! Minimum 6 month lease, need clean credit and background check, first month's rent and security deposit ($1975) due before move-in. I, Andy (36M), grew up in Chicago, also went to school at CU, and am now working as a mechanical engineer. I’m very easy going and like making new friends. I handle conflict with open and honest communication. Vegetarian, but don’t judge or mind. I’m likely to be very busy snowboarding, or in the mountains. Really into movies, video games, cooking, the outdoors, and cars. I’m a pretty handy dude, so if you need an oil change or something fixed I’m happy to take a crack at it. No cats, sorry.
