Apartment C is a very nice one bedroom apartment that is move in ready. Only one tenant can live in this unit because of the size of the septic system. This apartment has a living room with eating area, kitchen and full bath. The bathroom was recently updated and includes a newer vanity with a newer sink & newer faucets. The bathtub has newer faucets and a newer shower head. The kitchen is very nice and has a new microwave above the stove, a newer refrigerator, new sink and new faucets. The living room and bedroom have carpets that were put in last Summer. The living room is spacious, 11' x 19' and the bedroom is very comfortable at 10' x 13'.
