If you want to be in the middle of all the summer action, this is the house for you. The home offers one level living with a spacious front porch, living room, large eat-in kitchen and four bedrooms. There is a private driveway for off street parking. Laundry is located adjacent to the bathroom. Pets considered on a case by case basis. The rental is for the entire summer from June 1 until August 25 for $9,000 (Not available for individual months). Upon lease signing, one month security and two months rent is due.
