If you prefer a cozy dining space right by the kitchen, you can use the large living room to combine a dining area that could give you a more open and flexible space. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with all new floors and paint. Pets allowed with restrictions and a $250 non refundable pet deposit plus an additional $50 per month per pet. Rent is $1575 which includes $125/month for oil heat & hot water. Oil heat on first floor and electric heat upstairs. Tenant is responsible for electric and cable/WiFi. Off street parking 2 spaces for each unit. There is a $50 nonrefundable for tenant screening per adult anyone 18yrs+ living in unit must apply and be on the lease. Good credit history and landlord references required. No application will be processed without landlord references. ADDITIONAL rent: There is an additional rent charge of $15 for renters' insurance for property damage & liability to the property. If Tenant wants coverage for personal belongings, they have the option to do so.
