This a community shared space. We love Hartford, this house, and more. Join our quiet sanctuary! Come be the last addition to a very comfortable, deep closet, and refinished wood floors! We have one cat of the house. 12 month lease after a 3 month lease to see if we all are a good fit! The living room has a warm pellet stove and is so bright and pretty! We invite creativity and connection! We do ask, that if you use an AC that you pay an extra 50$ a month and 50 for 5 months of the winter. All other bills are included (including Wi-Fi). We ask everyone to spilt chores including, shoveling in the winter, mowing in the summer, cleaning up garbage, and bringing up pellets in the winter. If this sounds lovely to you, please reach out!
