We have a spacious and bright furnished room available starting June 1 for the summer or long term. The room comes with a queen-size bed, desk, chair, and nightstand. There is a large and deep closet that is perfect for suitcases and other bulky items. The house is 3-stories and has three other bedrooms and three bathrooms. The other three housemates are male Yale grad students and you'll share a large kitchen, dining area, balcony, and storage. The house is equipped with central AC (very rare in New Haven) and heat, has a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. A monthly cleaning service of all common spaces is also included. Off-street parking spot is available in front of the house. The house is located at 21 Compton Street, which is two blocks from Murray/Franklin College in the Science Hill area with easy access to the shuttle buses. The neighborhood is very safe and convenient.
