If you are working in a service job listed below, you can be eligible for a monthly rent discount of $25 for a one bedroom, $50 for a two bedroom and $75 for a three bedroom. You may elect to take the discount as a lump sum in month 6 of your lease. For a 12-month lease it would be $300 for a one bedroom, $600 for a two bedroom or $900 for a three bedroom. The following jobs are eligible for this discount: firefighters, police officers, teachers, nurses, active military members, military and police veterans, paramedics and other municipal government employees. *Verification Necessary
