$1,400.00 PER WEEK for SEASONAL furnished Rental Cottage with water views! This wonderful seasonal Cottage is the perfect place to start all your summer activities and is located directly across the street from the water! You can enjoy the cool ocean breezes while in the house, on the enclosed porch, or while grilling on the front lawn. House offers a kitchen, dining room area, living room, full bath, 3 upper-level BRs, and an outside shower! Cottage comes with basic cable and the internet. Linens and bedding are supplied for your convenience along with required town yellow bags for discarding garbage. Cottage is located in a lovely community and is great for outdoor exercise and activities. Includes five beaches to choose from; make memories swimming, snorkeling, board surfing and kayaking, biking, all just a few steps away from your rental! This wonderful vacation site is near the Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Olde Mistick Village, Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Resort Casinos which are two of the largest in the U.S., and so much more! It is also a short drive to RI known for its amazing beaches. The neighborhood amenities include a tennis and basketball court, bocce court and park. Come for a week or more! Being a summer cottage, it is NOT HEATED. There is a $175 nonrefundable cleaning fee for each renter stay. All tenants are required to escrow a security deposit of $500. No smoking of any kind inside the house. No pets. Weekly seasonal bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
