All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event of excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with exterior cameras that record the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains, as they can cause plumbing issues. If found, guests will be charged for damages. These items include cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, and paper towels. There may be times when the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided, and access to the property may be required after providing 24-hour written notice.
