A $500 smoking fee will be charged for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event of excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with exterior cameras that record the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains. If these cause plumbing issues, charges may apply. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. Access to the properties may be required at any time, after providing guests with 24-hour written notice.
