If you prefer to have your food delivered, you’re not too far from a Whole Foods. While this home does not allow pets, we may have other homes available that welcome your pets. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we might have parking options available. You'll be immersed in rich culture as this home is a short walk from several embassies and close to the Dupont Metro where it is a short ride to the National Mall. Our home offers seamless and easy self-check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund.
