In the kitchen, you'll find a kitchen island as well as plenty of cooking equipment. Additionally, there's a modern stainless steel dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. The entire kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, modern lighting, and large cabinets with plenty of storage space. Step into the light-filled bedroom where the comfortable, queen-sized bed awaits. The impeccably designed room comes with an end table and lamp with soft lighting. There's a closet and additional storage space in the chest of drawers. The updated bathroom features a rainfall shower head, deep sink, hand held shower handle, and preferred Lather products. We allow pets in this home for a one-time, non-refundable $450 pet fee, per pet. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we might have parking options available. Our home offers seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event of excess noise, your reservation will be terminated without refund. There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
