Check-in information will be provided 48 hours prior to your arrival, with a unique check-in code sent 8 hours before arrival. A $100 fee will be assessed if mailbox keys are not returned upon check-out. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within the building or within fifty feet of it, with a $500 fee for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels are monitored. Excessive noise or gatherings will result in termination of your stay without refund. Exterior cameras are present for security. Certain items should not be flushed or disposed of in drains to avoid plumbing issues, which may incur charges.
