It also includes cooking essentials such as pots, pans, a baking tray, cooking utensils, knives, a cutting board, a strainer, and mixing bowls. There are 4 sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware. The closet contains a vacuum, broom, Swiffer, and ironing board for your convenience. Each floor has a shared washer and dryer that is coin-operated or can be used cashlessly via an app. There is one on-site parking space available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis. A non-refundable pet fee of $450 applies if you are booking a flat that allows pets. A Pack and Play and/or high chair are available for a $25 rental fee, which must be reserved in advance. Parking is available on the street in the neighborhood, and assistance is available for applying for a parking permit. This home offers contactless and seamless self-check-in. Check-in information will be provided 48 hours prior to your arrival, with a unique check-in code sent 8 hours before arrival. A $100 fee will be assessed if mailbox keys are not returned upon check-out. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within the building or within fifty feet of it, with a $500 fee for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Exterior cameras are in place for security.
